Good value and rooftop pool. Free breakfast every morning and clean property.

The only downside was the AC wasn’t allowed to go below 20c so sometimes it felt a little warmer than I like. But I like my room chilly and most people don’t. lol

It's modern, the front desk staff is really nice and helpful.

Lobby is dark, missing many things in the room, not enough parking, beds were not very comfortable. Very bare bones and not hospitable feeling. You get the. Feeling the ownership cares about making money but has no passion for guest experience.

Housekeeping complains and not great breakfast, just ok.

Price, location, working A/C, comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows.

The breakfast is VERY basic, same every day with one dish variation only (we stayed 7 days and only ate the breakfast twice). The toaster is for 4 breads but two slots only toasts one side of the bread and it takes a long time. The hotel was okay, but not the best service (the room didn't have a hand or floor towel the first night and we had to ask two times for them, also the bathroom light switch had a gross dried stain which we asked in reception to be cleaned -I showed them a photo of it- and they never did so I cleaned it myself on the third day). The bed was king size but they use a regular non-mattress fitted sheet which is too small so you always have the crumbled sheet under you regardless of continuously trying to tuck it under the mattress to keep it stretched. The hotel had a water problem the first day of our stay (there was none for hours), and when it came back it never heated (we were told in reception to leave the water running both in the sink and shower for 10 minutes which was a ridiculous waste of water), we showered with cold water that one night. The water of the rooftop pool is quite cold and the pool is small, we did enjoy it for a little bit on sunday night when it wasn't full.

The staff at the reception was very kind and friendly.

Overall, the place needs some improvements/remodeling. The halfway carpets are dirty, and smelly. Also, the walls needs new paint or some cleaning, there are stains. It would be great to have more food options for the breakfast. The access to the place is easy only by car, there is no space to walk, the road is quite dangerous for pedestrians.
